The clan forums are the forums for your clan. This is where you get to know all of those people in other sectors that are in the same clan as you. When inside, you can click on a bunch of threads, each having a specific purpose. Early in the game there are many welcome threads where you get to meet each other, and later on there are mostly game threads if the coven is active. The game threads keep everyone active and keeps people checking the forums incase anything happens. In times of war the council members (normally the Clan leader, Vice Clan Leader, and War General) will announce a kill target, organizing hits, etc... to take out an enemy kingdom. Be sure to read and participate in the clan forums frequently. As with the coven forums, the clan forums are organized by the various council members, including the Clan Leader, who’s in charge of keeping the entire clan together.

A few great features within the clan forums are the following:

• Ranked Threads: Anyone listed in a leadership position may "rank" a thread so that it stays on top. This is especially important when there's a war or important message that needs to be addressed with the clan. It is a great way to keep that thread on top so that everyone will see it first. Thread ranking can be changed at any time.
• Closed Threads: Yes spammers, I know this is very, very sad but now Geoff gave us the capabilities to close a thread that we do not want posts in. Closing a thread makes the posts inside viewable, but you will not be able to respond.
• SOM's can now be sent right to the clan forums from your spy results. They go into a dedicated thread when you click the link to move them to the clan. This is great for a fast and hassle free way to share a nice juicy SOM that you unfortunately can't hit or that complete suicider who needs to learn a lesson.

NOTE: You may also see Monsters in red at the center top of the page, along with a link to them so you can attack them.

The messaging system has a vulgar word filter. If your sent message or submitted post hits a word that's on the "naughty" list, your messaging and posting system will lock automatically for six hours. So keep it clean people. =)
